Just type "Activities" into their search engine and there will appear a list of activity articles from their "Close Up" newsletter. Very educational. This first link contains an important change in the interpretation of the second article information, so be sure to read all three. Please note that I am concerned about the correction and suggest that you follow the original advise, as the "correction" suggests you do also. I am not sure why they decided to change their original advise and have seen in other official interpretations that authorization should be procured prior to every marketing publication. From a personal perspective, I would want a health care facility to ask my permission before publicizing my name, likeness or ANY information about me. I would want to see what they were going to publish before they did it. Wouldn't you?
